Return, Refund & 1-Year Warranty Policy

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds) Because shipping lithium batteries is strictly regulated, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or simply do not want the product anymore. We only replace items if they are defective under our 1-year warranty.

2. 1-Year Warranty (For Defective Products) We offer a 1-year warranty on our NVRA batteries and chargers. If your product stops working within one year of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

  • Proof needed: To get a replacement, you must send us a clear video or photos showing the exact problem, along with your order number.

  • Replacements only: If we approve your claim, we will send you a new unit for free. We do not give money back (no refunds).

  • Return Shipping: You (the customer) must pay all shipping costs to send the broken item back to us for testing. We do not refund original shipping costs.

3. What The Warranty Does Not Cover Your warranty is automatically canceled if:

  • You drop, smash, or misuse the product.

  • The product gets wet, burned, or left in extreme heat/cold.

  • You try to open, fix, or change the battery yourself.

  • The battery naturally loses some of its charge capacity over time (this is normal wear and tear for all batteries).

  • You use the battery in a device that doesn't match its power limits.

4. How To Claim Your Warranty

  • Ask us first: Do not just mail the item back to us. You must email our support team first at support.nvra@gmail.com

    to get approval and the correct return address. If you mail it without our permission, it will be rejected and you will not get a replacement.

  • Shipping rules: You are responsible for safely packing the lithium battery according to your local post office rules. We highly recommend using a tracking number. If your return package gets lost in the mail, we are not responsible for it.

5. Our Limits of Liability We are only responsible for the NVRA battery or charger you bought from us. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your other devices (like cameras, lights, etc.), lost profits, or lost data. The most we will ever owe you is the price you originally paid for our product.
