Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch All confirmed orders are processed, packed, and dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times & Safety Regulations NVRA batteries pack serious power. Due to strict international aviation and transport safety regulations regarding high-capacity lithium-ion products, our shipments require specialized handling.

  • To ensure compliance and safety, we utilize Standard Shipping exclusively. Express or expedited shipping is currently not available for these items.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Transit times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the specific estimated delivery timeframe listed under your country at checkout or on our shipping rates page.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to become active and update within the courier's system.

4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • NVRA is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. No Surprise Fees: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) We believe in a premium, hassle-free experience. That is why all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • This means NVRA covers all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearing fees upfront.

  • The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any additional or hidden fees by your local customs office upon delivery.

6. Unforeseen Delays & Lost Packages While we strive to ensure timely delivery, NVRA is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather, courier service disruptions, customs clearance delays, or strict aviation safety checks for lithium products.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. NVRA is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the courier has marked them as "Delivered".
