  • Cancellations: We have the right to cancel any order. For example, if there is a mistake with the price on our website, we will cancel the order and give your money back.

3. Returns and Warranty As explained in our Return Policy, all sales are final. Because we sell lithium batteries, we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. We only replace items if they are broken and covered by our 1-year warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability (Please Read Carefully) You agree that you use our batteries and chargers at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage our products might cause. This includes damage to your cameras, lights, computers, or any other devices. We are also not responsible for any lost data, lost profits, or physical injuries. If something goes wrong, the absolute maximum amount we will ever owe you is the exact price you paid us for the product.

5. Website Mistakes We try our best to make sure everything on our website is correct. However, we are not responsible if a product description, image, or detail is wrong, missing, or out of date.

6. Copyright Everything on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to NVRA. You cannot copy or use our stuff without asking us first.
